Fresh flavours in all their Glory!

The one thing that I love most about mediterranean-style cuisine is that the flavors always taste so fresh...don't take my word for it though, you should come and taste it for yourself.

This Thursday and Friday evening from 5:30 - 7:30 we will be dishing up some fantastic old world flavors.

Give me a call and I will put a table aside for you 681-3225.

Here is what we will be serving this week:

Appetizers

Dolmades
Short-grain rice and fresh herbs wrapped in tender grape leaves and simmered gently in a flavorful chicken broth. Served with tzatziki.

Tabbouleh
Bulger wheat tossed with fresh tomatoes, onions, herbs and a light honey lemon dressing.

Chick pea latkes and lentil stew
