Cruising the Mediterranean for Culinary Delights . . .
This weekend, we are offering you the opportunity to enjoy our Mediterranean cuisine for three evenings instead of two . . . Thursday, Friday AND Saturday night, we will be serving our dishes from 5.30pm until 8.00pm. Call me today to reserve your table at (902)681-3225!
Our menu this week features some new treats. Here's what we will be offering you:
Appetizer:
Zucchini Keftedes
Pan-fried zucchini and feta cheese fritters topped with Mediterranean yogurt and fresh dill
Caldo Verde
Portuguese soup of kale, potatoes and smoked sausage. Served with a side of hot sauce.
Main Course:
Chicken Marrakech
Lightly braised chicken, sweet bell peppers, and garbanzo beans with an earthy Moroccan spice blend in a flavorful chicken stock. Served over saffron and toasted almond couscous and finished with Greek yogurt
Spanakopita
Spinach, onions, and feta cheese wrapped in flaky phyllo pastry. Served with rosemary aioli and a salad of baby greens
Roasted European Sea Bass
Local, farm raised European sea bass, roasted and topped with a tomato and olive salad. Served with saffron and toasted almond couscous and Chef’s select vegetable
Dessert:
Chocolate Pâté
The finest Dark Cocao Barry Guayaquil chocolate, folded together with heavy cream and smooth Amber Rum. Served with a classic Crème l’Anglaise
Pistachio Ice Cream
Rich pistachio crème glace served with a crisp sesame cookie
We're proud to present our new evening menu as an alternative to the Mediterranean menu as well.
