It's Indian week at McGill's!

Time to spice up your life this week at McGill's in the form of some Indian cooking.  Mildly spiced or hotter than you know what, it's your choice.  Just ask your server if you would like your dish served with a bit more heat.  My favourites are the aloo tikki and chicken tikka.  What will you have?  Just make sure you save room for dessert.  Did I mention sangria goes perfectly with this menu?  I have actually discovered that sangria goes well with everything.  Remember, McGill's is fully licensed and offers an excellent selection of wines, Garrison beer on tap, cocktails and specialty coffees.

All our dishes are freshly prepared, but the wait is definitely worth it!  Come in and try some of our Indian cuisine.  You will not be disappointed.  Give us a call on (902) 681-3225 and let us reserve a table for you.  Relaxed dining in an intimate atmosphere.  You'll find us at 18 Kentucky Court, New Minas.  We'd love to have you join us.

Here is what we have to offer you this week:

Mamma Mia! È una festa italiana a McGill's!

That's right, it's Italian feast week at McGill's.  And it couldn't have come at a better time.  With the weather still not what we want it to be (as I write this, I see flurries out my window), we need cheering up and this cuisine is the perfect comfort food.  And here's a little glimpse of our view this week.  Ok, one can dream.  Even the wine is waiting for us.  They must have known I was coming.

As always, the gnocchi is available either as an appetizer or a main.  This one dish alone will have you coming back month after month.  I can recommend every one of the dishes actually.  And most dishes can be customized somewhat.  Take the straw & hay--Chef and his crew can make that a completely vegetarian dish for you or perhaps omit the peas (for those of us that have a pea-phobia).  This week, I'm showing you our very own tiramisu.  If you haven't tried this yet, you really must!

Give us a call today on (902) 681-3225 and let us reserve a table for you.  We are open to serve you three nights a week - Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 5.00pm until 8.00pm.  All of our dishes are freshly prepared, but we can assure you the wait is definitely worth it!  This is relaxed dining in an intimate atmosphere at its very finest.  Find us at 18 Kentucky Court, New Minas. We'd love for you to join us.
